2. Internal Thermal Conductive Material
Adopt high-purity 99% magnesium oxide powder + imported nickel-chromium heating wire (Cr20Ni80). Uniform wire arrangement, high insulation resistance, no electric leakage under high temperature, stable thermal output, effectively avoiding local dry burning and tube bursting.

Professional Technical Working Principle
The twin-screw extruder is divided into feeding section, pre-plasticizing section, melting section, homogenizing section and die head molding section, each with independent temperature process requirements. Yu'an single-head heating tube adopts integral compression filling process. The internal heating wire is evenly distributed, and the magnesium oxide layer is densely packed without gaps. After being inserted into the extruder barrel hole, it realizes 360° close-fitting heat conduction, eliminates air gap thermal resistance, and rapidly and uniformly heats the barrel wall. Cooperated with PID intelligent temperature control system, it realizes closed-loop constant temperature control, ensuring that the plastic melting fluidity is consistent and the extrusion pressure is stable.
