Large Industrial Cast Aluminum Electric Heating Platform
Our heavy-duty large-size electric heating platform is engineered for high-load, large-area industrial heating, thermal experiment and mass production processes. Different from small laboratory heating tables, this full-size heating workbench adopts thickened 6061 aviation aluminum alloy platform surface and integral cast aluminum heating plates as core heating components, equipped with professional multi-point zoning temperature control system to deliver ultra-stable, even heating across the entire working surface.
Built with heavy steel frame, load-bearing support and independent temperature control cabinet, this large heating platform can withstand heavy molds, composite blanks, large test samples and continuous long-hour production operation. Widely used in composite material forming, mold preheating, thermal performance testing, rubber curing, electronic component aging test, new material research and other industrial scenarios that require wide-range precise heating.

1. Thickened 6061 Aluminum Alloy Working Platform

3. Multi-Point & Multi-Zone Independent Temperature Control System

  • Multi-point PT100 temperature sensors distributed evenly on the large platform surface
  • Each heating zone controlled separately by independent PID temperature controller + SCR power regulator
  • Adjustable temperature & power for individual zones, temperature deviation ≤±1℃ over the whole platform
  • Supports upper/lower temperature limit alarm, overheat protection, automatic constant temperature lock
