Our cast copper heater is manufactured via integral die-casting process, with tubular heating elements seamlessly embedded inside high-purity H59/H62 brass shell. Thanks to copper’s superior thermal conductivity which is over three times higher than aluminum, the heater heats up rapidly and maintains even surface temperature without hot spots, making it ideal for precision heating production lines with frequent startup and shutdown.

Description

Our cast copper heater is manufactured via integral die-casting process, with tubular heating elements seamlessly embedded inside high-purity H59/H62 brass shell. Thanks to copper’s superior thermal conductivity which is over three times higher than aluminum, the heater heats up rapidly and maintains even surface temperature without hot spots, making it ideal for precision heating production lines with frequent startup and shutdown.

Compared with regular cast aluminum heaters, cast copper heater supports continuous working temperature from 600℃ to 650℃, with available surface power density between 3.5W/cm² and 7.5W/cm². The brass casing features outstanding resistance against damp, oily mist and weak corrosive gas, greatly extending service life in harsh chemical and humid workshop environments.

We supply diversified customized structures to satisfy varied working conditions. Customers can choose natural smooth type, finned air-cooled design or internal drilled water-cooled channel for temperature control. For safety requirement, sealed IP54~IP65 waterproof terminal box and Ex d II BT4 explosion-proof flameproof terminal box are optional. Available shapes cover split circular band heater, flat rectangular heating plate, U-shaped heating block and irregular special-size blocks as per client drawings. All dimension, mounting hole layout, working voltage (110V/220V/380V single or three phase) and rated power can be fully tailored.

This heating product is widely equipped on high-temperature plastic extruder, cable extrusion machine, rubber vulcanization mold, chemical reactor, petrochemical auxiliary equipment and fiber spinning machinery. All items come with 12-month factory warranty, and CE, RoHS as well as explosion-proof certification documents are available for customs clearance.
