Cast-in Aluminum Band & Plate Heater, Air/Water Cooled Cast Aluminum Heating Element for Plastic Extruder & Injection Molding Machine

Integrated die-cast aluminum heater with built-in tubular heating element, max working temp 380~420℃, high thermal uniformity, optional air cooling fin & water cooling channel, CE certified, custom size/voltage/power for plastic machinery, heat press, chemical equipment heating.

  • High-purity ADC12 aluminum integral die casting, heating tube fully embedded inside, seamless contact with heated workpiece, thermal efficiency over 93%, fast & uniform heating.
  • Multiple structural options: split round band heater, solid ring heater, flat heating plate, air-cooled with radiating fins, water-cooled with built-in cooling pipeline.
  • Working temperature up to 420℃, surface load 2.5~4.5W/cm², optional built-in PT100 thermocouple for precise temperature control.
  • Robust cast aluminum body, shockproof, anti-vibration, moisture & weak corrosion resistant, long service life under harsh workshop environment.
  • Custom parameter: 110V/220V/380V single/three phase, arbitrary outer diameter, thickness, power according to client equipment drawing.
