Ex d certified explosion-proof immersion heater with 304/316L/310S/Incoloy 800 tube options. Dual overheat protection, high efficiency, custom power & flange size for oil, water and chemical liquid heating in Zone 1/2 hazardous areas.

Explosion-proof immersion electric heater is specially designed for flammable and explosive industrial environments. It adopts sealed explosion-proof structure and multiple high-grade tube materials, providing stable, efficient and safe liquid heating for storage tanks and reactors. All specifications can be customized to fit different working conditions.

  1. Equipped with Ex d IIB T4 / IIC T4 explosion-proof junction box, suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
  2. Multiple material options: 304, 316L, 310S and Incoloy 800 for anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistance.
  3. High heating efficiency up to 98%, fast heat conduction and uniform heating without local overheating.
